A family campsite situated close to town and in the middle of a beautiful nature. The location is close to Silkeborgs many touristattractions such as AQUA Freshwater Aquarium, Silkeborg Museum with the “Tollundman” (moorcorps), Silkeborg Artmuseum (with Asger Jorn Collection). The oldest paddlesteamer in the world “HJEJLEN” offers you trips along the lakes of Silkeborg to Himmelbjerget. At the campsite you will find very nice sanitary conditions including new family bathrooms.

Furthermore you will find several activities for the children in our playground, e.g. a bounching castle and a playtower. At the campsite there is a small shop, and it´s possible to rent canoes an cabins. In the park Indelukket (500 meters) you will have opportunities for a game of mini-golf or petanque.

You can also promenade around the area enjoying the life around the river Gudenåen with canoing and marina. All kinds of nature experiences on water, on bike or by foot are found here. The center of Silkeborg ( 20 minutes walking) offers a favourable commercial life and a charming square where markets takes place every Wedensday and Saturday.
